Demonstration on Boulevard 15 Octobre

Approximately 100 demonstrators have gathered and erected barricades on Blvd. 15 du Octobre near the Vivy Mitchel shortcut. The road is currently blocked. The Haitian National Police are on scene and attempting to disperse the crowd. All U.S. citizens are advised to avoid this area.
