Family-Based Immigrant Petitions
If you have an immediate family member who is an American citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) of the United States, you may be eligible for an immigrant visa.
Your American citizen or LPR family member must file an Immigrant Visa Petition for you with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) district office near to his/her place of residence.
