General Information

It is a reference research center which aims at providing comprehensive and authoritative information on issues such as U.S. Policy, Democratization, Rule of Law and Human Rights, Trade Liberalization, and Media in the United States to those who need to make informed decisions.

The IRC emphasizes electronic resources rather than books, but it has a collection of reference books, periodicals, pamphlets, government documents and a variety of electronic resources, which are regularly updated.
