Security Alert for Downtown Area

All U.S. citizens are advised by the U.S. Embassy that there are reports of a demonstration in downtown Port-au-Prince near the Champ-de-Mars area. Barricades have been erected and stones are being thrown at passing motorists. All trips to this area should be rescheduled until further notice.
