For a group of three or more applicants (other than family members travelling together) send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment for your entire group. Please send your email no later than two weeks in advance of your desired interview date to allow time for scheduling. All groups should be prepared to provide the following additional documentations:
A letter of invitation from a U.S. organization with accompanying contact information.
Either letters from work or school transcripts.
Any other documentation, such as information about the applicant's company or project, publications about the company (if applicable), daily itinerary in the U.S. (if applicable), etc.
