Criminal Activity in the Croix-des-Bouquets Area of Port-au-Prince

This Warden Message is being issued to alert U.S. citizens in Haiti about recent criminal activity in the Croix-des-Bouquets area of Port-au-Prince. All U.S. citizens are advised to exercise extreme caution when traveling through Croix-des-Bouquets. Americans are also reminded to remain vigilant at all times, and not become complacent when moving about the city of Port-au-Prince and its environs.

The Department of State reminds U.S. citizens traveling to or residing in Haiti to review the current Travel Warning and remain vigilant with regard to their personal security; they are strongly advised to register either online at https://travel/registration.state.gov/ibrs/ or with the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Port-au-Prince.
